Hey there, I'm in charge of a team of lecturers for pathway programmes!

Here's what I do:

Programme Delivery: Making sure our program rocks by hitting all the learning goals, keeping up with student and staff needs, and improving the curriculum and assessments.
Assessment: Managing assessments like a pro throughout the whole academic year.
Student Experience: Working closely with colleagues to ensure every student gets an awesome education and equal treatment.
Programme Documentation: Keeping all our paperwork in top shape and updating it regularly based on feedback.
Programme Quality: Collaborating with students, staff, and examiners to keep improving our program quality.
Partnership Liaison: Working with partner institutions to make sure our programs align and enhance student experience.
